We all know the national result so I won’t bother going into that.  It was disappointing to be sure, but life goes on.

On a local level, however, there was a silver lining to the defeat as Christopher Pyne managed to hold Sturt despite Labor throwing everything at the seat.

After two days without sleep I am thoroughly knackered, but the result makes all the hours worth it.
